Course Deliverables

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Understand the fundamentals of energy conservation in buildings and interpret the Abu Dhabi International Energy Conservation Code (ADIECC).
ve and performance-based compliance paths in mechanical system design.
Optimize HVAC, lighting, and water heating systems to enhance building energy efficiency.
Design thermal envelopes that meet required U-factors, SHGC, and air sealing standards.
Perform accurate load calculations using approved software tools such as HAP or IES-VE.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and code-compliant designs.
Prepare and submit complete MePS documentation, including compliance reports, equipment schedules, and energy simulation results.
